2015 MacBook Pro Retina 13-inch with 256GB SSD

After rebooting or starting the laptop, Windows 8 on BootCamp starts, and then display flickers:

There is a solution, which is far from perfect:
change the display resolution (to anything) -> the display no longer flickers until restart again.

There is another solution, much more convenient:
after restart, just leave it not touched more than 1 minute (actually more than 40 seconds. If with HDD instead of SSD, it would be longer.)
I guess that some driver needs to be started every time Windows starts and its initialization takes a long time.
